 Standardized Testing

Students in grades 5, 6, and 7 will take the NJ ASK 2007.  The state testing will be aligned to the CCCS.   Students are tested on language arts literacy and mathematics.

All students in 8th grade are required to take the Grade Eight Proficiency Assessment, and all 3rd and 4th grade students are required to take the Grades 3 and 4 Assessment of Skills and Knowledge (ASK 3 and ASK4). These tests are required by the Department of Education and measure a student's ability in the areas of reading, writing, mathematics, and science (8th grade only).

For more information on New Jersey state testing go to the link below and click in the Main Menu on Parents/Students.  Then select items in the yellow portion on the page for NJASK 3, NJASK 4, GEPA, and NJASK 2006.
